Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting

East Coast Bays Hockey Club Incorporated

Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of East Coast Bays Hockey Club Incorporated will be held as follows:

All active financial members, and guests in accordance with the Club’s Constitution, are eligible to attend the AGM.

Please note that a club uniform collection will take place following the conclusion of the AGM.

We encourage all members to attend and be involved in the future of the Club.

1. Welcome and Introductions
2. Apologies
3. Confirmation of Minutes from the previous AGM
4. President’s Report
5. Treasurer’s Report and presentation of the latest audited accounts
6. Special Resolution: Adoption of Proposed Constitutional Amendments
   • That the members consider and, if thought fit, approve the proposed amendments to the Club Constitution as circulated prior to the meeting.
   • This resolution is a Special Resolution and requires approval by not less than 25% of votes cast.

Nominations are also invited for positions on the Club Committee.
